I finally got back to sewing
after a couple of weeks of XXX stitching :D
I'm actually pretty impressed about myself
still remembered how to sew! lol

to move forward to the rest. *****
All I have to do now is
to put my autograph on each block.
I ironed the freezer paper
on the back of the aged muslin part of
the block and ready to go!
These are my blocks
for our siggy block exchange for SSQSG -
- aka Small Scale Quilt Study Group.
It's our local quilt group
meet monthly which Cheryl started
We chose the block from
by Kathy Tracy on our last meeting.
I used my most favorite fabric in red
so that they will remember
who made the block besides
my name on it ;)
They are 4" finish size :O
Ms. Limo is wondering
what happened to her
little Valentine's quilt?
It's coming... soon... maybe...
if you are being a good girl...
Oh, BTW,
I just received the latest issue of
SANQ - Spring 2011 last week
and got really fascinated with
Susan Rambo sampler on the cover.
Isn't she gorgeous?
Another big reproduction sampler
added on my list for sure :)

ReplyDeleteI've wanted to make this quilt too! What have you decided to put in the signature part? I haven't been sure enough of what to put there or who to get to sign that I haven't made it yet.
ReplyDeleteReminds me to get busy on my blocks!! The little Valentine doll/dog quilt is adorable.
ReplyDeleteNice block and beautiful fabric, Merumo !

Siggy was my nickname all through school although 50% of the time was spelt "siggi" which I preferred. There are now only a few people that use my nickname
