In a vintage mood.

"Gathered Clutch"

This weekend was quite special for me

as there wasn't any plan for really anything

all weekend long.

As my mind has a kind of set to

the vintage style at this moment,

I kept that in my sewing and made

another thing :)

This was my third "Gathered Clutch"

since my very first one was made early last year.

"Gathered Clutch #1"

"Gathered Clutch #2"

I used the upholstery fabric for the main exterior,

and also substituted the fusible interfacing

for the fusible fleece.

I think I'm happier the result with 

this new combination :)

A sneak peak of inside of the clutch.

And here is a little secret about me.

I've tried to avoid from making anything

has the zipper on it as I really don't enjoy

putting the zipper to the piece.

I haven't gotten the skill to attach the zipper

nice and even all the way through.

It's a true challenge for me :O

But of course Ms. Limo would say

that the practice will take all.

Right?
