More Vintage Style Sewing

Fun summer sewing day :D

Since I enjoyed making this and that

not too long ago,

I got hooked with the vintage style.

I had have this nice wooden handles

for years ever since started learning sewing,

 and now it's finally the time

for me to use them in my sewing!!

In case you are interested in a pair like mine,

I did see some at J store just a few days ago.

I think they are exactly the same as mine ;)

Sneak peek of the inside of the bag.

There are three pockets down below,

but it was quite hard and dark to take

a picture of.

I didn't use any particular pattern

nor instructions for this,

but it turned out just perfect

to put my favorite pouch

where I store my WIP of cross stitch

project to take along with me ;)

Yes, it's Sampler Sunday tomorrow!

I can show off my new bag :)))

And do you remember about me talking about

 these hardware for the pouch I was making?

Are they called "Internal Metal Spring Frame"

 or "Internal Flexi Frame"for Purse Making???

I finally received some of them

(Some others are still on their way!)

a couple of days ago.

And here they are!!

I know, I know, I got that infection again :O

My problem is - once I really like something,

then I get obsessed with that stuff 

and make them like crazy.

So now I have a feeling that

I will HAVE to make some more of these 

to match up with my vintage style

wooden handle bag and zipper pouch.

How fun!!

over the blogland lately. (Old news?)

I'm so sorry for such a bad thing!!

I do enjoy hearing from you,

but on the other hand,

I'm not good at keeping up with

good friends like you all.

Shame on me :(
