Sampler Sunday - January

*** Please click on the mosaic
pictures to enlarge ***

It was our first Sampler Sunday meeting
this year at my LNS yesterday.

It's always so nice to see the members
as well as the visitors who share
our passion for the samplers!!

The first set of the pictures are showing
what was in trend this month.
5 out of 14 of us were stitching this one.
Can you believe that?
Sorry, it looks like I missed
June's and Carol's pictures.

It's called "I sigh not for beauty"
by C Street Samplerworks featuerd in
the Attic's newletter early this month.

And these are the pictures of
my favorite primitive cupboard
in the shop.

BTW, our discussion theme for this month was
 "Adam and Eve" sampler.
Jean had good collection of the reproduction charts
We voted which one is our favorite, too!

of one of those!!
I like this one a lot :)

As there are so many pictures
including our wonderful show & tell
and all the goodies in the shop,
I uploaded them on my Flickr album
for those of you who are interested in
 further more.

What a nice treat we have
every month!!

  1. What wonderful pictures of the Attic. Oh how I'd love to go there again. I was there years and years ago, but haven't been able to make it back since. It looks like it such a fun day!! I would have loved to hear the discussion on Adam and Eves as they are a favorite of mine!! :o)

  4. Thank you for sharing these photos. You and your friends are amazing stitchers! I went to see the photos via the links and I must admit that I particularly love both Merry Cox's projects.
I also noticed that I have the iron box with the Needle and Thread primitive stitching on but I haven't stitched it yet! I bought it in Portland two summers ago! What a shame! And it's a quick stitch. So, I will try to stitch it soon ;-)
    Have a good day,
