So Cal Trip #2

**********
**********

At our first stop, Temecula Quilt Co.,
the shop owner Sheryl asked us
where we are heading to the next,
and she told us a wonderful news about
there is a new wool shop
has been opened since this past spring
where our next planned stop was!

It's called The Wool Lady.

When we are done shopping at Qiulter's Coop,
we asked a girl working there
how to get there as they are also
right in The Old Town Temecula.
Then came to find out
The Wool Lady is
just across the street from them!!

There is no website of this shop yet,
so I will briefly give you some information
about what they are like
from their business card.

It says: Hand-dyed Wools, Yarns,
Rug Hooking Supplies.

Does it sound yummy enough to you?

It's a charming small shop
but was very difficult to shoot the photos
because of that.

Anyhow, here we go!

Do you see the big tin bucket
filled with the wool scraps?
It's a "All you can pack at $3!"
kind of the deal with a small ziplock bag.

Of course, my buddy Kristine
got a really good deal with it
as I helped her to pack them like crazy
while she was totally embarrassed with it!
Shhhhhhhh

The shop owner Ruth was
very nice and kind.
She shared us some interesting threads
and stories about the wool.

We sure got another lovely destination
in the area next time :)))

  4. Wow!! I'm drooling over the pictures!!! No such shops in france and it's difficult to get wool for my projects here! Saw Maggie Bonanomi's new book on the first photo! I received my copy mid-August! I love almost all her projects!
