Hi there...

How are you all doing?
It's been for awhile
since I put my blog on vacation and
now I'm slowly coming back this way.

While I was away form the blogland,
I still had some fun with stitching and quilting
as some of you may have seen my tweets
on Twitter :)
And here is some of the finishes
to share with you.

The first one is a Cheri's miniature quilt
I absolutely had to make ;)

It looks so small in the picture by the dining set,
and it actually fits in 11" x 14" frame.
Here is a close up of the frame.

I really like the idea of framing
the doll size quilt without quilting.
I'll eventually be good at quilting though!
Then I also framed this lovely quilt
from my friend Kristine.

It was sitting on the ezel for the longest time,
then now since I've been in the great mood for
framing everything,
of course it caught my eyes and
 got to get framed!
It looks so much nicer
with others in our living room.
I love the frame with small beaded feature.
This one is 16" x 20".
Kitchen Towel
with fall wool Applique kit

I bought this kit
during our visit to Southern California
back in late August.

It was just perfect to play with :)))
Fun, easy and fast!
I have a couple more of these towels to stitch
for the holiday season.

I'll see you again soon!

  3. I love teh black frames around teh quilts. Where did you find them?I think they would also look great with black and white photos in them.
