Ms. Limo: Here is another one of those
mama is quietly working on...
"Moguls" by Jill Wright
Freebie @
Yarn: Berroco Ultra Alpaca
Mix Berry Pie
Needles: US #6-10, 32" Circs
I joined KAL for this lovely cowl
at Ravelry and COed on last Sunday.
It's a very nice and simple pattern
with the interesting stitches to make
those "bumps" (called "pleat pattern")
between the knit stitches.
I just finished the 2nd skein
and realized I don't think I can make
it down to the smallest needles
the pattern calls for as
I'm a loose knitter :O
I should have started from
the size #9 needles instead.
Oh well, the life moves on...
I treated myself with this wonderful
interchangeable circular needles set
a couple of months ago
when I pretty much set my mind
to enjoy knitting again for
this fall & winter.
And this set comes very handy especially
with this the pattern like this - "Moguls"
which calls for several different size
of the needsls.
Mine is a lace version,
which the needles are shorter,
yet pointier than the regular ones.
I love Addi's needles!!
And love her songs!
"Christmas Sampler"
Fabric: Vtg. Pearled Barley 40ct
by Lakeside Linens
Fibers: Belle Soie by CC
While I love Addi's so much,
I still haven't forgotten about
this cute Christmas sampler
I started on last Sunday as well.
I have about 3-5 WIPs
(Besides UFOs!) between knitting, quilting
and stitching going on right now and
this one is also one of my jugging balls
on my hands.
As taking some pictures last night
for the tweet, noticed a small "oops!",
but haven't corrected yet.
lol
Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday shopping
on Black Friday (Not for me though.
I rather being busy clicking!)
and have a wonderful weekend!

Both projects are so pretty! I hope you make it down to the smallest needles. If not, well, no one will know but you, right? The Christmas sampler is wonderful! And Ms Limo is adorable as always. :D
