Cord time and...

That's something what I'm not good at...

I have these cord makers for years,
but I'm not really comfortable making
 the cords still now.

You know why?

Just because I don't use them
as often as I should to practice!
lol

I think I'm ok with the mini one in red,
but the larger one makes me confused
every time (How often? Once a year?)
when I try to use it :O

Left: "Good Tiding to You"
@Christmas Ornaments 2011 issue
Right: "Silent Holy Night"
Freebie at her blog.
Fabric: Lakeside Linens 40ct
Fibers: WDW, CC and GA

But I managed making them somehow
with a nice help ;) and here they are!

I also coffee dyed the cotton lace trim
in this morning to be ready for.

I will continue with the finishing
 later this week some time...
Stay tuned!

"Country Christmas"
A kit by Paula Barnes of
Winter 2011 issue

And look, look!

I got nine blocks done last night,
and that will leave me seven more to go!

As Ms. Limo is asleep,
I had Ms. Piggy to be in the picture :D

Now we are leaving for our friend's
in a little bit.

Enjoy your Sunday!

  5. I have the hardest time making cording too! Maybe I need more practice. Yours looks really good! I love the little ornaments - they will be so pretty finished. And the quilt blocks are fabulous! Love the pattern.
