Happy Dance with Mary

Ms. Limo: She is all done!

This is the final part of Mary Glover
I just worked on.
It was a lot of fun stitching
with some cute looking animals :)

Mary Glover 1787 - Step #8 - Final
SAL by Emmanuelle
Fabric: Wren Wing 34ct by Legacy Linens
Fibers: NPI (My own conversion)

Thank you so much for Emmanuelle
to have offered this lovely SAL.
I'm so proud of myself actually
finished "something" pretty like Mary
as I don't usually get things done in time :)))

Now Ms. Limo can be really relaxed
as seeing one of  her rivals Mary has
been taken off from my list :O

Oh, Emmanuelle mentioned about something
about her still having a bonus for us after this.
I'm so anxious to find out about that!!

As for my quilty fun,
we had our monthly meeting
of SSQSG - aka Small Scale Quilt Study Group
on last Sunday and here is what
 I came back home with.

Some of you may recognize
my pink block in there.

They were for the block exchange
for our group!

We make 4" finish size blocks
with CW repro fabrics
every other month and exchange them.

I made eight of them,
then came back with five
as some of us either couldn't make theirs
by the meeting or couldn't make themselves
to the meeting this month.
So I'll receive a couple of more blocks
next time ;)

My intention to make the girls
surprise to see me making
something with pinks worked
pretty well as Kathy also brought her
pink blocks!!

And besides, as I really liked how the way
my blocks turned out,
I may have to make some more
to make a doll size quilt for myself.

(Well, I forgot to take my camera with me
to the meeting this time,
so there isn't any fun pics to share.
Sorry...)

I haven't even seen Susan Rambo
since some time last week.
I'm hoping to get back with her
later this week ;)
