SSQSG- March



This is the club house where
we meet montly for our SSQSG meeting
- aka Small Scale Quilt Study Group.

Our meeting for this month was held
on Sunday the 13th.

Starting off from Cheryl #1's quilts.
She is hooked with Lil Twister ruler
to make seasonal mini quilts.
How fun!!

Lin's needle was flying lately
as you can see.
Look at all of her lovely finishes!!

Kathy's blocks she showed us
on our last month's meeting are
all sewin together to be a beautiful quilt.

Mary Ellen was working on
hand quilting for the donation piece

Pauline was quietly working on
her wool mat from PG.
She's all done with appliqueing the wools,
and started working on
the embroidery part now.

It looked like Kristine has been
in the great mood for the hand work.
Wool applique, Punch Needle,
Hand piecing block and stitcheries
on the dish towels.

And me worked on my hexie flowers.

Cheryl #2 brought her quilt
she made while she used to live in
Southern California.
Gorgeous detailed work!!

The deadline for the blocks is May 1st.

 
We all shared good laughs and
enjoyed our time together.
I feel really fortunate to be
a part of our group...
