"soot&ashes" freebie
by Cheri Payne
Block size: 5" finish
It's all done, I mean
the top is done!!
I know, when you hear the name
"soot&ashes",
you would think the color theme
will be graish black.
No, no, that won't happen
in my red world!!
I at least tried to choose
some smokey reds though.
Now I'm getting worried about
how I could quilt this thing.
As looking at Cheri's finshed piece,
it looks like it's done with free motion
stippling all over?
It looks very concentrated.
Ms. Limo: Can I go back to sleep?
No, you have a job outside now.
Yes, it's potty time!
Well, I don't think
many of you are interested in
her potty time,
but look at her in cute red coat?
This is her uniform lately
when she goes outside for potty.
She definetely needs that today
as it's still snowing...

Oh my Ms Limo looks very nice in red. I'm a red person too, if it's red I'm buying it. Your quilt looks great, I still need to get the applique started.

Oh you do make me laugh, ms Limo looks so adorable under your wonderful applique quilt.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year and look forward to your new productions in 2011.
Happy New Year ! You are a red person even I noticed that.
ReplyDeleteLove how your quilt turned out - the colors are beautiful. I love Ms Limo as well in her red coat. Where did you find that. We have a mini doxie as well - Ms. Cami. She could use something like that for winter walks. She has a sweet pink and white polka dot life vest for summer boating. She needs something sharp for winter as well.
