Stitching!

Stitching Sunday!

"Winter's Scraps"
Winter 2011 issue

I managed finishing the quilt top
yesterday afternoon and started stitching
the wools down late last night.
I'm about a half way done so far :)

I almost forgot about how much frays
I get from the homespun fabric!
It frays like crazy and I'm afraid if I will
loose the whole entire seam allowance
before finishing the applique :(

While me stitching,
Ms. Limo came over to visit me
several times with whole bunch of
 her buddies and invited me
playing with them :O

Thanks for the invitation,
but mama is stitching!!!

And it's Sampler Sunday
in this afternoon at my LNS.

I've been keep telling you it's the last
Sampler Sunday of this year since October,
but It will be definitely the last one today!
Jean usually doesn't host one for
November and December,
so it's very special to have one today :)

I know I won't have time to finish more
Christmas theme projects for this year,
but as seeing this one in this morning,
I couldn't resist adding something like that
on the top of my stitching list
for next year!!

Thinking ahead is a good thing, isn't it?

And speaking of thinking ahead,
I'm going to join this lovely QAL
at TQC called
My kit has arrived last week
and I'm ready to go!!

As I miserably failed with
the one they had last year,
I'm hoping I'll be able to move further
for this year.

Is anyone else going to join this QAL?

Enjoy your day.
